Southern Colorado - Colorado Springs
One of our most recognized designs is the award-winning Cathedral Ridge Modern Residence situated atop a ridge overlooking the Garden of the Gods. Entrenched above an area brimming with natural beauty, the exclusive design balances the serenity of the spectacular surroundings with the custom finishes of a modern home.
Also overlooking the Garden of the Gods sits another stunning vision, the Camel Rock View Residence. Featuring knotty alder wood, mahogany leather, and stone accents, the home reflects the textured color of the landscape. The space also includes enormous ceiling heights and palatial rooms to complement the grandeur of a mountain lifestyle.
Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, we designed a rustic and warm Colorado Farmhouse. With spacious rooms and elevated ceilings, the elegant home overlooks the Air Force Academy on the north of town.
In the Woodmen Valley area, we fully-renovated a custom Butterfly Modern Residence. Originally built with a classic 1950’s-style roof, we paid homage to the original architecture, while incorporating alluring features to modernize the home.
Northern Colorado and Beyond
Along with our home customizations in Colorado Springs, we designed successful projects outside the metro area. In Grand Lake, Colorado, we rebuilt a Colorado River Retreat on the banks of the Colorado River. With incredible river views, a guest “tree house”, and packed with modern features, the retreat offers a serene place to relax in the mountains.
In El Paso, Texas, stands one of our largest custom home designs. With over 13,000 square feet, and decked out with an infinite pool and pool house, the Hacienda Estate creates a Mediterranean paradise amidst the heat of the west Texas sun.
