DESIGN OF COLORADO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD READINESS CENTER IN NORTH COLORADO SPRINGS RECOGNIZED BY SHAW CONTRACT GROUP

Cartersville, GA – Senger Design Group received a 2015 Design Is… Market Award, presented by Shaw Contract Group. Of the 477 entries submitted worldwide, 48 Market Award winners were selected in a range of categories from Retail, Hospitality and Government, among others. Senger Design Group was selected in the Government category for their work on the new Colorado Army National Guard Readiness Center, located in North Colorado Springs. Market Award winners are automatically eligible for the Global Awards and People’s Choice Award voting to be announced in September.

“We are thrilled to be recognized for our work on the new National Guard Readiness Center in North Colorado Springs,” said Cindy Senger, Principal of Senger Design Group. “Our objective was to create a vibrant space built to fit the National Guard mission and the international style of design.”

Since 2006, the Design Is… Award has showcased the best in design, while helping to build a lasting design legacy by making a chartable donation in each winning firm’s honor. To date a total of 98,000 USD has been awarded to educational organizations on behalf of award recipients worldwide. This year’s winners receive a 2,000 USD charitable donation in their firm’s name to an organization of their choice, along with a trip to NeoCon 2016.
