Holiday Drive for Silver Key Seniors a Success
Happy 2022! As we celebrate the new year, we are excited to share the results of our 13th Annual Silver Key Senior Services Holiday Drive.The Colorado Springs community faced another year of uncertainty in 2021, and the challenges wove us all a little closer together. Our friends and colleagues rose to the occasion once again to support a wonderful cause for our local seniors. The results were earth-shattering and surpassed even our lofty, some say “over the top,” expectations.

Beers and Cheers to 30 Years
Last month, we were thrilled to celebrate a huge milestone for Senger Design Group: our 30th Anniversary in business! We threw a huge party with friends, partners, and colleagues at the renowned The Warehouse Restaurant. The theme for evening was “Beers and Cheers to 30 Years.”
2021 SDG Summer Solstice Party
We were thrilled to host our annual Senger Design Group Summer Solstice Party earlier in June after an extended, one-year hiatus. The Summer Solstice Party is an important tradition, giving us the chance to celebrate the arrival of summer with friends, colleagues, and partners. The theme for this year’s shindig was a nod to the return of picnics, BBQs, and everything America…”As American as Apple Pie.”

The residential housing market in the United States is on fire. Across the country, growth in new home construction continues to surge at a record pace. With interest rates at all-time lows, buyers are snatching up homes as soon as they hit the market. As the number of available homes dwindles, the cost of borrowing money remains cheap. As a result of the mismatch, many home buyers who can afford to are turning to custom homes to meet their demand.

Holidays and Senior Housing
The holidays are here. With the spread of COVID, things will be different this year. Many are worried about passing germs to their aging family members, mainly Grandma and Grandpa. Those that do meet this year will be in smaller groups than usual. With health a worry, Grandma and Grandpa may stay home for the holidays. Dining alone or joining friends via FaceTime or Zoom are options. This puts the lifestyle and housing choices available to seniors in prime focus this time of year.

Season’s Greetings! It’s that time of year again! That means Senger Design Group is ringing in the holidays with our 12th Annual Silver Key Holiday Drive to support our friends at Silver Key Senior Services.
2019 ASAE Great Ideas Conference – Cyberworx Facility Tour
On March 18, 2019, Senger Design Group and HB&A Architects hosted a tour of the US Air Force Academy Cyberworx facility. The tour was part of the ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership flagship conference “Great Ideas!” The primary tour focus was to get an up close view of innovative design in work places.
